First impressions are beyond interesting in this sport and most times I dont pay any attention to them because you just dont know whats going on in someones head when you meet them at the DZ. However when i first met Robert Kraft, well my brain could not compute the level of energy spewing from his aura. This man is just full of life and I am proud to call him a friend. From the consent phone calls while im trying to eat or work, the overly loud YO YO YO and not to mention the complete lack of technology skills Robert is sure to please. Anyway if you see this man out at a boogie dont be scared he wont touch you .... Much..

Tell me who you are.

Robert Kraft….Born and raised in N.J….. Lived all over the U.S.  Shenanigans are in my DNA.

What do you do for work?  I have worked as a professional Pool/ Spa/ leak detection and repair for the last 10+ years. Including the last 2+ years as head of maintenance for a POA.

I moonlight from time to time as an exotic dancer.

How did you become interested in skydiving? 

I admitted myself to a 28-day rehab facility...14 days in I called spaceland Clewiston (back then it was called Air Adventures) and asked them how do you get a license.. After I got out of the treatment facility I went straight to Clewiston and started my journey.

When did you start?

I started AFF in 2007 with my A license, and got my pro rating a few years ago.

Both please...I don't want to discriminate.. and declawing is a must.

What is your most memorable moment as a skydiver?

Probably a raft jump with fellow jumper Kristie Early where all the outside jumpers let us go and we just cruised off without flipping, although every jump has some type of awesomeness to it.

What is your favorite part of the skydiver life? 

The People…..all walks of life, all ages, all backgrounds….same humor !!

What is your least favorite part of the lifestyle?

Tough Question…. There are very few negative things in the skydiver lifestyle...Every once in a while there are a few jumpers that like to spread gossip behind peoples backs...the good news is they usually run out of "friends" over time, and the group as a whole moves forward.

Very non descript work wise, lots of thoughts about the next event/Boogie...and jumping on the weekends

Tell me about your shenanigans at boogies.

The eating contest is probably one of my favorites at definitely the highlight. Also the Live Cockroach or giant caterpillar challenge where opponents are on this each side of a clear plastic tube trying to blow it into each other's mouths. (By the way if it does go in your mouth you have to eat it)... I am always trying to come up with new hilarious challenges and contests.

Do You travel often?

Not as much as I would like to…. I am trying to organize 2021 with at least 6 out of state boogies to participate in... I would love to see Boogie Nights Productions add more events year after year.

What's next for you and your adventures?

Skydive spaceland Houston Labor Day Boogie.. Boogie Nights Productions will be showcasing some new games/contests there.

Doing exactly what I am doing now...Just more of it.

What was your favorite boogie and why?

Probably my first Boogie back in 2007 in Clewiston…

It was beyond my expectations...The boogies back then seem to have more shenanigans than they have had over the years. I'm trying to change that and bring it back..

What is the craziest thing you have done at a boogie?

I got in a dunk tank with a 3 ft alligator that had its mouth taped closed with Scotch tape...a couple dunks later and of course the tape got wet and came off…. Needless to say the alligator bit my leg.

Never mind a boogie, what's the craziest thing you've ever just done?...I plea the 5th.. I wouldn't even know where to start..

Ahhhh  yes …..  Jo Annie as I call her...we have been friends since 2007..I have lots of pictures of her that I am saving to use as bribes in the future..lol…

Do you have any advice for a new skydiver?...Only to keep it fun!!!.....Get ready to have a lifelong journey you will never be able to run out of different disciplines to fly. When you become experienced, take the new jumper under your wing, just like someone did for you !!!

Take your time...Know your limits...and get advice/training from the experts...

The "Pantie Dropper" because it would give me an excuse to take off my panties….
